Relationships and mental health are my passions! I have over thirteen years of experience working with individuals and couples on a variety of concerns including: building better relationships, anxiety, depression, family conflict and trauma.

I also enjoy working with other helping professionals and healers to facilitate professional growth and address vicarious trauma and compassion fatigue.

Removing the stigma surrounding mental health is something I care about. To that end, I conduct workshops on a variety of topics and am available for speaking engagements.
