The workshop will provide a space for participants to gain tools to kick start or add to their mental and emotional wellness regimens.   

  • Learn how to identify stress triggers and responses

  • Learn the importance of the breath and breathing exercises

  • Learn simple techniques to have small centering breaks throughout the day
