Be Love Be Well Be Whole

The motto for my practice is Be Love Be Well Be Whole. This short phrase captures the heart of my practice: relationships, mental health and wellness. It also brings awareness to the areas in life that influence our well-being. Awareness is a powerful tool for being able to be proactive about taking care of yourself as well as knowing when you need to focus more attention on one or more areas.

The time is utilized to gather information and may involve forms, questionnaires and tests in addition to the verbal interview.

Happy 2019! The new year serves as a reboot for many. It is important to reset throughout the year but this is a great time to set the tone for those resets. Many people use vision boards and even host parties to create the vision for the year. However, if that is not something that resonates with you, do not feel like you have to create one in order to set the vision for your year. How do you talk to yourself? Being self -critical in the form of constructive criticism may feel helpful and a way to motivate oneself. However, using insults, put downs or a high level of negativity can have a negative impact on self-esteem, self-mage and mood.
